(e)a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda and United Republic of Tenzania (formerly Tanganyaka and Zanzibar) Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethopia, with the intention of permanently settling in India:
