Section 47(d) in Amended Bye-Laws of the Pradeshik Co-operative Dairy Federation Limited
(d)No amendment in the bye-laws of the Federation shall be operative unless it is duly registered by the Registrar (Milk Commissioner) under the Provision of the Act and the Rules.
