149. Power of Central Government to give directions to State Government and Social Security Organisations.
- The Central Government may give directions to-(i)any State Government or a State Board constituted under section 12 to execute in that State, of any of the provisions of this Code; or(ii)any of the Social Security Organisations in respect of the matters relating to the implementation of the provisions of this Code.
