Section 34(1) in Rajasthan Bhamashah (Direct Transfer of Public Welfare Benefits and Delivery of Services) Rules, 2018
(1)All the government bodies shall, subject to the provisions of section 15. ensure that every transaction relating to transfer of benefit and services under a public welfare scheme to a beneficiary, is shared with the BRDH, which shall be reflected in the transaction records of the beneficiary and shall also be communicated to beneficiary via suitable modes such as tele-calling, text messaging service, e-Mail etc.
