27. Candidate to produce satisfactory testimonials.
- No candidate shall be admitted to examination who cannot produce satisfactory testimonials certifying his experience, ability, sobriety and general good conduct for the whole period of his qualifying service. Any breaks In the period of qualifying service shall be accounted for.
