Section 1 in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (General Conditions of Distribution Licence) Regulations, 2006
1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement.
(1)These Regulations may be called the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (General Conditions of Distribution Licence) Regulations, 2006.(2)These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.(3)These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
