Section 9(i) in Rules Framed under the Madhya Pradesh Abolition of Proprietary Rights (Estates, Mahals, Alienated Lands) Act, 1950
(i)Where the amount is payable in instalment, a payment order shall be prepared in Form A an delivered to the payee. Entries shall be made simultaneously in Part II of the Register in Form C and initialled by the Deputy Commissioner.
