Section 17(b) in The M.P. Ceiling On Agricultural Holdings Act, 1960
(b)in other cases, a sum not less than one thousand rupees shall be paid within six months of the date of vesting and the balance shall be paid in equal annual instalments not exceeding nineteen, subject to the condition that no instalment except the one that relates to final payment shall be less than one hundred rupees :
