Section 10(ii) in The U.P. Food and Civil Supplies (Weights and Measures) Ministerial Service Rules, 1979
(ii)to the post of Stenographer must have attained the age of twenty-one years and must not have attained the age of more than twenty-seven years on the first day of January of the year in which recruitment is to be made, if the posts are advertised during the period from January 1 to June 30, and on the first day of July if the posts are advertised during the period from July 1 to December 31 :
