Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records
pertaining to the impugned order in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.D3/6278/2023 dated
14.10.2024 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same directing the 3rd
respondent to issue necessary record to the petitioner.

ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that if the matter is referred to mediation, there will be some amicable settlement. Accordingly, the matter is referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court.
2. The Mediation and Conciliation Centre shall appoint a suitable Mediator to mediate the issue.
3. The parties are directed to appear before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court along with respective counsel in person on the date fixed by the Mediator.
4. The Mediator shall complete the mediation process and after completion, the matter may be posted before this Court along with the Report of Mediation.
