Section 5(3)(f) in The First Statutes of Indian Institute of Technology Goa, 2017

(f)A written notice of the meeting shall be sent by the Registrar, to every member at least two weeks before the date of the meeting. The notice shall state the place, the date, and the time of the meeting. The notice may be delivered by post, electronic mail, or FAX at the address of each member as recorded in the Institute and if so sent, shall be deemed to have been delivered.
