127. Extension of time for submitting statement.
(1)Where any person required to submit a statement of affairs under rule 28 requires an extension of time for submitting the same, he shall apply in the first instance to the Liquidator who may, if he thinks fit, subject to rule 28, give a written certificate extending the time, which certificate shall be filed with the proceedings. The certificate shall be in Form No. 39.
