                                                    O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for the petitioners has filed a letter stating therein that respondent Nos. 11 and 13 have expired. He shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record their Lrs.

Delay in filing spare copies is condoned in respect of Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 and 8 to 10. Registry to issue notice urgently with utmost dispatch to the said respondents. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent Nos. 3,7,12, 14 and 15 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks, as last Signature Not Verified chance.
