Section 23 in The Bengal Diseases Of Animals Act, 1944
23. Indemnity.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any servant of the [Government] [Word substituted for the word 'Crown' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
