Section 1 in The Himachal Pradesh Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act, 1995
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be Himachal Pradesh Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act, 1995.(2)It extends to the whole of Himachal Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
