Section 7(1) in Andhra Pradesh (Regulation of Admissions in Bachelor of Physical Education (B.PEd) and Under Graduate Diploma in Physical Education (U.G.D.PEd) Courses through common entrance test Rules, 2007
(1)The part of the State comprising the districts of Adilabad, Hyderabad (including Twin Cities) Ranga Reddy, Karimnagar, Khammam, Medak, Mahaboobnagar, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal shall be regarded as the Local Area for the purpose of admissions to the Osmania University, the kakatiya University and Telangana University and Nalgonda University and to any other educational institutions (other than State wide University or State wide educational institution) which is subject to the control of the State Government and is situated in that part.
