Section 13(13) in High Court of Delhi Rules for Video Conferencing for Courts 2020
13.1In criminal cases, the expenses of the video conferencing facility including expenses involved in preparing soft copies / certified copies of the Court record and transmitting the same to the Coordinator at the Remote Point, and the fee payable to the translator / interpreter / special educator , as the case may be , as also the fee payable to the Coordinator at the Remote Point, shall be borne by such party as directed by the Court.
