Section 8 in The Sugar Development Fund Rules, 1983
8. Meetings.
- The Committee may hold meetings as often as may be deemed necessary by it, but shall meet at least once in each quarter of a year;Provided that in a quarter during which no application, or any other matter referable to it under sub-rule (2) of rule 7, has been received by the Committee, it shall not be necessary to hold a meeting in that quarter.
