(1)The Board of Governors shall constitute a selection committee for the appointment of Registrar which shall comprise of:(a)The Vice Chancellor(b)One nominee of Chairman Board of Governors(c)One nominee of the Principal Secretary /Secretary Technical Education(d)Two experts not below the rank of Professor or equivalent nominated by the Vice Chancellor
