Section 11(5) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2018
(5)The Secretary of the Forum shall hold office for a term of three years from the date he enters upon his office:Provided that subject to fulfillment of the conditions of eligibility the Secretary of the Forum shall be eligible for reappointment for a second term upto three (3) years and no further.
