Section 58 in The Corporation of the City of Panaji (Election) Rules, 2004
58. Declaration of result.
- The Returning Officer shall then declare to have been elected the candidate to whom the highest number of valid votes has been given, complete and certify the return of election in Form XIII, and send signed copies thereof to the Commission as soon as possible.
