Section 8D(1) in West Bengal Town and Country (Planning and Development) Act, 1979

(1)The term of office and allowances of the nominated members of the Eco-tourism Board shall be such as may be prescribed:Provided that the State Government may, if it thinks fit, terminate the appointment of any nominated member before the expiry of his term of office.
