15. Recovery of charges as arrear of Land Revenue.
- The sum stated in the certificate of the Director in all cases in which no appeal has been preferred under section 12 or no application has been made under section 13 and the sum stated in the order of the appellate authority under section 12 or the Board of revenue or the State Government in all cases in which an appeal or application, as the case nay be, has been preferred, made shall be paid within three months of the date of the certificate or order, as the case may be, and if not so paid, may on the application of the Director or on the application of the local authority concerned, be recovered by the Collector as if it were an arrear of Land revenue and deposited in the Local Fund of the local authority.
