Section 379(1) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(1)An officer will, at the discretion of the Government, be liable to be discharged upon his certificate of competency under the Merchant Shipping Act 1958 being suspended or cancelled.
