(2)If the Chairman (a) willfully omits or refuses to carry out the provisions of the Act, or (b) abuses the power vested in him, or (c) if it appears to the Government that the continuance of the Chairman in office is detrimental to the interests of the Board, the Government may by order remove the Chairman.]
