(1)The Government shall, after consultation with the High Court, by notification, fix and may from time to time, likewise alter, the local limits of the jurisdiction of any District Court or [Court of Senior Civil Judge] [Substituted by Act No. 29 of 1997.]; and the High Court shall, by notification, fix and may from time to time, likewise alter the local limits of the jurisdiction of any [Court of Junior Civil Judge] [Substituted by Act No. 29 of 1997.].
