CM-20818-CWP-2024 Present application has been filed for recalling the order dated 25.11.2024 whereby the writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the order dated 25.11.2024 dismissing the petition for non-prosecution is recalled. The petition is restored to its original number and status and on the asking of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the main petition is taken on board today itself. CWP-12529 of 2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
