(d)to place the report of the status of applications before the High Powered Committee or the concerned competent authorities, as the case may be, for monitoring, review and appropriate action(s) as may be deemed to be necessary as per applicable Acts, rules, policies and schemes as notified from time to time by the competent authority concerned.
