1 Mr. Seksaria for plaintiffs states that he has not received copies of written statements. Some defendants also state that they have not received the copies of written statements of other defendants. Therefore, parties to exchange copies of the written statements within one week from today. Those who have not filed the written statements, the suit shall proceed as undefended against those.

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, who was directed by predecessor of this court, to inspect the entire building and all the flats and to give a report on irregularities, be directed to sign and submit the report to the court and also give copies to the parties. Report to be submitted and copies served on advocates for all the parties within two weeks from today. In the report BMC shall also opined who could be responsible for having committed the irregularities, if any.
3 Suit be listed for issues on 13th March 2019.
4 Notices of motion be listed for hearing on 26th March 2019.
