Section 46(14) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007
(14)Excise trees to the extent of one half of the total number if the unexpired period of tapping is one and half month or below and to the extent of three fourths of the total number if the unexpired period of tapping is above one and half months, shall be deducted from the quota of the current year fixed for the shop.
