(7)Where an applications or appeal, as the case may be, is filed by any agent, the documents authorising him to act as such agent shall also be appended to the application or appeal:Provided that where an application or appeal, as the case may be, is filed by a legal practitioner, it shall be accompanied by a duly executed 'Vakalatnama'.
