109. Repairs of reservoirs.
- The municipality may, by notice, require the owner or occupier of any building or land in respect of which a reservoir for the storage and conservation of rain water has been provided under section 107 to repair, alter or put in good condition the said reservoir.Chapter -X Powers for Sanitary and Other Purposes
