Learned advocate Ms. Bhaya places on record a copy of communication dated 11.12.2002 addressed by the petitioner to the Executive Engineer, Gujarat Electricity Board (now, the company) stating therein that the application which was made by the petitioner for cancelling off-season period was given under misunderstanding and that may be treated as cancelled and off-season period given earlier be allowed to be continued and the petitioner may be treated as Seasonal Consumer.

Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take instruction on such communication.
