Section 65(2) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (1) above and in case of an officer whose services are to be obtained by the University on deputation from the State Government, Government of India or any other organisation or institution referred to in clause (2) of Statute 63 the provision of clause (1) (v) of this Statute shall not apply.
