(3)In making any rule under this section the [State] [Word substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may provide that a contravention thereof shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.
