Section 30 in The Tea (Distribution and Export) Control Order, 2005
30. Submission of information or returns by the business licensee.
- Every business licensee and/or every inspection agency duly approved by the Licensing Authority shall furnish to the Licensing Authority or to any officer of the Board, not below the rank of Joint Controller of Licensing, monthly returns and such other information as may be called for from time to time.
