(14)In case the applicant school fails to comply with all the conditions and requirements for recognition as laid down in the Form to Schedule I within 3 months from the date of first order of the State Level Committee, the State Level Committee shall reject the application of the applicant school and its processing fee deposited shall be forfeited.
