Section 16 in The Coal Mines (Conservation and Development) Act, 1974
16. No compensation to be paid for the transfer of service of any officer or other employee.—
Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the transfer of the service of any officer or other employee from the Coal Board to any Government company or organisation shall not entitle such officer or other employee to any compensation under this Act or under any other law for the time being in force and no such claim shall be entertained by any court, tribunal or other authority.
