Section 25A(1) in M.P. Industrial Disputes Rules, 1957
(1)The date of receipt of every report of a Board or Court or every arbitration award of a Labour Court or Tribunal shall be acknowledged by the State Government or an officer authorised by it in this behalf (hereinafter referred to as the authorised officer).
