Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition, since the charge-sheet is already filed, with a permission to renew his at request before appropriate Court.
Permission is accorded as sought for. Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty sought for.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
