(3)The authority to proceed without line clear may confirm whether the train is to return after completion of the work or wait at the place of obstruction till the line behind is cleared on return of the train in rear. The Loco pilot of the second and subsequent train shall also be given an authority to proceed without line clear with a similar endorsement made on the form, and that another train has gone ahead or shall be following into the obstructed section.
