Section 4(1) in Gujarat Metropolitan Planning Committees Rules, 2016
(1)The State Government shall, as soon as may be and within one month from the date of commencement of these rules, specify, by notification, in the Official Gazette, the total number of members of the Committee of each Metropolitan area.
