1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners who are Assistant Veterinary Field Officers are entitled for equal pay par with Assistant Medical Officers (Rural Medical Assistant) for which they have also made representation before the respondent authorities but that has not been considered and decided till date.
2. Be that as it may, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representation claiming parity with Assistant Medical Officers (Rural Medical Assistant) expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of representation. The petitioners are also at liberty to file additional material documents before the said authority, if any.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
