111B. Preservation of records.
- The books and every records of a co-operative society shall be preserved for such period as the Registrar may from time to time by general or special order direct. A list of records destroyed shall be prepared and kept by the [Chief Executive] [Substituted by Act 25 of 1998 w.e.f. 15.08.1998.].]
