(1)The State Government shall establish a full-fledged Police Training Academy/College/School at the State level for ensuring efficient post-induction training of all directly-recruited police personnel in the subordinate ranks, pre-promotion training for all those promoted in the subordinate ranks and such thematic and specialized in-service training courses for police personnel of different ranks and categories as deemed necessary from time to time.
