18. Act not to apply to the State Government, Housing Board, etc.
- Nothing contained in this Act shall apply to the State Government or to the Bihar State Housing Board constituted under the Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982 [Bihar Act 57 of 1982, published in Bihar Gazette (Extraordinary) dated 8.10.1983].
