Section 33 in The West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975
33. Payment of allowances. -
Subject to the provisions of section 5, members of the Council [, Boards of Studies and Committees] [Words inserted by West Bengal Act 28 of 1975.] shall receive such allowances for attending the meetings or for other purposes as the State Government may determine.
