                      India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to

                      erect the tower in the petitioner's property comprised in property

                      comprised in Survey No.160/5 and 160/7 measuring extent of 1A

                      50 cents and 61 cents respectively situated at Ayankurichi Village,

                      Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, until the compensation

                      amount is paid in accordance with law and on the basis of

                      petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2016.
