Section 12(1) in The Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955
(1)It shall be the duty of the Board to organise, develop and propagate village industries and perform such functions as the Government may prescribe from time to time and exercise such powers as may be necessary for carrying out the objects of this Act.
