53. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Authority or any member or any officer or any other employee of the Authority including any other persons authorized by the Authority to exercise any power or to discharge any function under this Act, or for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
